Enjoy large covered space in back for grilling and visiting or just to sit and relax. It has a large circular driveway easy to get boats around and covered carport if you would like to park your boat or vehicle inside.Also two other houses on this site is great for family reunions or larger get togethers!

Five minutes to Springfield, 35 minutes to Branson. on James River. Bed/ bath are downstairs. Kitchen\living area are upstairs. Great deck for deer, turkey and star gazing. Bring your kayaks,, tubes or noddles, This is a small river. No power boats. You can also fish from the bank. Convenient to Branson & Silver Dollar City which is one of the top destinations for Christmas Lights and Bass pro is close with WOW museum. Main house is 500 yards away on 5 acres.
