Here you can enjoy an active holiday with mountain hiking, paddling, swimming or biking. If you just want to relax, the large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing or just relaxing with a good book. Here you have everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. Small cozy apartment in great natural surroundings with own entrance, bathroom, living room with small kitchen and spacious bedroom! NB 1 : in the living room there is a sofa bed with a length of about 170. Otherwise there is a big double bed/or two single beds, as well as two single mattresses in the bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults, but must be a little flexible and stay a little cramped! NB 2: in this yard lives a family with 5 children, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 10 ducks, 10 turkeys, 15 quails and 50 free range hens (including roosters).

Our cabin can be found at Valnesveien, about 45 minutes drive from Bodø airport and Bodø city. The cabin is cozy, modern and convenient. It is close to the road, easy to access and has good parking options. Nearby you will find Saltstraumen and fishing opportunities, Børvasstindene offers top tours, Falkflågdalen and Valnesvannet forest walks/swimming, while beautiful Gildeskål and Meløy tempt the paddle-happy. A small walk will take you to spectacular Valnesfossen or the beach at Gjælentunet.

A perfect place for anyone who loves exploring the Norwegian nature, or simply wants to look at it while lounging on the couch. The river that runs right beside the cabin is perfect for canoeing. And you can regularly see birds, moose, and other wildlife by the river. There are also good hiking areas, ski tracks, and snowmobile trails. The cabin is located in Herringen, 18km outside the city centre. We have all basic facilities, WiFi, TV, toilet, heated floors, dishwasher, & washing machine.

Single room with own entrance

We live on the countryside. Its 6 km to grocery-store, bistro, train and bus. Its 45 min by car to Bodø city, and almost 20 min to Fauske city. If you like nature, we have a nice view, and a lot of places to enjoy! In the summer vi have daylight 24/7. In winter its darker, and if the weather is good, we have northern light. For almost 3 months we dont have sun. But we have snow - for playing and skiing. If you need guide in the mountains, contact Bodø Fjellføring!

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Helt nytt laget anneks som er helt opp til dagens standard. Er både komfyr, platetopp, kjøleskap, tv samt sovesofa. Helt nytt bad med toalett og dusj. Dessverre ingen kollektivtrafikk tilgjengelig, men er gratis parkeringsplass. Hvis man er heldig kan man få ett glimt av nordlyset :)
