Modern kitchen and two bathrooms ensure pleasant comfort. The car can be safely parked on the property. There is a second house on the property. The house is perfect for a family with kids. There is a sandbox, swing, trampoline and lots of toys on the premises. Everything your heart desires. On the terrace a grill is available. The house is easy to reach by car. A bus to Neustrelitz is leaving 3-4 times a day. There is a train station with hourly regional express trains to Berlin.

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great vacation experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides, or boat tours on nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all: It is about a 30-minute drive to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)
