Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

For our own use, we offer our approximately 200 years old, refurbished cabin. Here, alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage has an area of around 50 square metres and is the perfect place to stay for four. It is situated on a sunny slope. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltaler Gletscherbahn and many destinations for hiking, climbing, ski/hiking skiing, canoeing and much more. The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzach Valley, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is embedded in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal also for dog owners. A small guest house is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of its healthy wood construction, tasteful living-kitchen, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, good air. My place is good for couples.

Fantastic holiday home

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.
