Many parks, Restaurants, art, and culture, a stones throw from the front door. Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Price Drop - Great location in town!

The condo offers the best of both worlds, located next to Town Park, there are unobstructed views of the mountains and easy access to trails (hiking, biking and Nordic) and just a few minutes walk to downtown to take advantage of the bars, restaurants and shopping. Park your car in the underground covered parking area and leave it there for the duration of your stay. Take in the views year round from the back deck and enjoy the seasonal music festivals playing in Town Park.
