Idyllic cabin/house in Ullerøy

This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The place is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Small cottage with large plot. Close to fishing and nice hiking trails. Many nice bike paths. Approx. 5 km to Grocery store Ica. About 25 km to the town of Arvika. About 15 km to Edane Golf Course. Public bathing area is available at the lake Mangen, about 3 km. Canoe, SUP and small fishing boat can be rented upon request, should be booked in advance. EV charging can be offered, please contact the host for the current taxi. Nature gem in Värmland with lovely sea views

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. Lovely view and private jetty down by the sea. Rowboat, floating dock and own small child-friendly natural beach belong to the amenities. Two kayaks can be rented in the summer. Bikes for free lending for trips around the idyllic sea and in the immediate area. Enjoy a relaxing hot bath in the terrace's delightful hot tub. Year round!

Great country house with own beach

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. Large plot to romp on. Private Beach and pier , as well as a little boat you can fish from. Great place in both summer and winter. About 15 minutes to the slalom slope and on the plot you have your own hill. Eda golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by car. It has a small barn with its own little workshop and double garage.
