The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Il piccolo Cavaliere "The little Knight" is situated in Montecchio di Vallefoglia, a small village between the beautiful Pesaro and the historical Urbino. Our apartment is in a quiet green zone, it is suitable for families but also for couples and singles that want to spend some days exploring the wonders that surround us. Excellent studio in the historic center of Pesaro, bright, with hallway and bathroom, located on the first floor with entrance and private staircase and direct access from the street. There is a double sofa bed (140x200) and a pouffe easily transformed into a comfortable bed with slatted net (80x200). The studio also has a large 5-seater sofa, a kitchenette with table and chairs. In the spacious bathroom with window there is a large shower and a washing machine.

House surrounded by greenery , suitable for walking , cycling excursions. 10 minutes walk there is a market and bus station to go to the Pesaro center with a stop also train station. 20 minutes by car you can get to Fano or Pesaro and consequently also the sea. Absolute tranquility with large outdoor garden for lunch or dinner and use the BBQ. There are also farms and restaurants nearby, but they don't deliver at home . First Floor House with Stairs
