Small apartment at Ula marina

Recreational apartment in idyllic Ula. Amazing beaches and marina. The space is a holiday paradise in the summer, with marina, beautiful beaches, smoothly shed swamps and nice hiking opportunities. The atmosphere is special and the smell of lilacs is lovely. The apartment has end location on the ground floor and has a west facing terrace with stairs to a cozy garden spot. From the balcony there are both ocean views and views of the marina. The apartment is a well functioning small kitchen and an authentic bathroom with toilet and shower. Welcome!

Apt by Røds beach

Enjoy here by the beach in beautiful Larkollen. We have created a new apartment in our house, here in the nicest place we know, and we can't wait to share it with you. Here is plenty of space for a family or adult group of friends who want to enjoy the weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If someone wants to be here for a little longer, a wonderful quiet place to stay is a wonderful quiet place to stay. With lovely nature just outside the door.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Koselig hus med stor hage og uteplass. Perfekt for familier. Hagen har nedgravd trampoline, husker, fotballmål og sandkasse. I tillegg er det spisebord og sittegruppe. Dere kan gjerne bruke bålpanne og grill. Her kan dere nyte solen til siste slutt. 20 min gange til Porsgrunn sentrum (5 min i bil) og 10 minutter med bil til flere badesteder. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt dere skulle trenge. Ønsker i hovedsak å leie ut til familier.
