Recently and lovingly restored Torbay Villa. This family home has a new games/cinema room and kitchen, 3 new bathrooms and a sunny south-west facing garden including a 10m x 5m swimming pool. It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour. Family stays only (children and adults)

Beautifully renovated townhouse in the heart of Dartmouth, with two parking spaces and shared use of an amazing heated swimming pool open May to Sept, just a few steps from the front door. The house has three generous double bedrooms, a large shower room, bathroom and separate cloakroom, large airy lounge with vaulted ceiling, sociable kitchen dining room, beautiful mezzanine with picture window overlooking the harbour, and balconies with beautiful views from the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms.
