Fresh and bright villa located in a small cosy old fishing village out on the coast with walking distance to the beach and with proximity to the big city and the continent. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, open plan living room with dining area for 10 people, fireplace, TV and sofa group. Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, hall/living room upstairs with a sofa bed and an extra bed Walking distance to beach, fishing port and nice nature. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

If you want city life, it is only 3 km to the center of Trelleborg and 30 km away from Malmö. The house has facilities as a modern bathroom and a washing machine & dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and you will get bed linen and towels for your stay. From Trelleborg you can take the train to Copenhagen and the ferry to Germany and Poland.

Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.

The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished.
