La Rondine - big windows & pool

La Rondine is at one end of the manor house; a gate opens onto your own oasis. The air-conditioned space has a queen bed in the central area and two single beds in the open loft. It has huge windows overlooking the valley towards the sea. To the one side, your large terrace has sunbeds and a dining nook. Just up a set of stairs is your own pool (unheated) and deck, with unobstructed views across the valley and out to the sea. La Rondine has easy access to the common area and parking.

Casale Monticchio- The Gaggia house, 6 to 8 guests

This 180 sqm apartment is made up from the main part of the Gaggia family home. The house was built around the 1920’s and unusually the main room was on the ground. The focal point was the large fireplace which had two bench seats within its structure. Severely damaged in the past, we made it a priority while restoring the property. The largest alteration required was to creating new staircases which we did in a stable at the back of the property which now has 3 meters high mirror.

Staying here is like being in your own home. In the renovation of the house whose construction dates back to the 1800s, I used the entire top floor to create three independent flats. Each flat has a private bathroom and kitchenette, so as to guarantee absolute privacy.

Less than a 5-minute walk away is also ‘Fortezza da Basso’, where the famous ‘Pitti’ fashion event and much more are hosted.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.

La Casetta is located in the countryside of Marina di Campo a 10-minute walk from the village and the beautiful beach. Surrounded by greenery and quiet. It accommodates up to 4 people. It consists of a double bedroom and a bunk bed in the large living area. The house is completed by a large veranda where it is very pleasant to eat during the summer.
