Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The house is idyllic, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters altitude) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The property is located near Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you can expect a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, the surrounding ski areas can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The (ski)bus stop is 2.5km away, in high season 2 x a taxi to the stop. Local and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.
