The property is located in a residential area, so we do not accept loud parties, music, singing. Quiet hours after 22h should be observed. The accommodation is located at the crossroads to the Slovak Paradise High Tatras, Thermal parks (Aqaucity Poprad, Vrbov) and towns Poprad, Spišská Nová Ves and Levoča. This cozy apartment is a part of a wooden family house, in which we are living. It offers a separate entrance and a choice of two single boxspring beds or a joined matrimonial setup. Enjoy the comfort of floor heating, with a bus stop just 300 meters away. After a day of hiking, unwind in the hydromassage bathtub or enjoy a massage in the the automatic armchair. Simple pleasures in a charming wooden house. Free parking on a street. Lot of place.

Chalet Ruby is a big house with its own entrance and facilities with a capacity for up to 10 people. Suitable for families as well as for larger groups who want to spend a stay together in one house. At the Chalet Ruby, you can enjoy the view of the Tatra scenery of Lomnický štít from the private whirlpool on the terrace. *We inform you that construction work is currently underway near our chalets and there may be occasional noise.

Javorina is a great starting point to the mountains, but also a place where you can get away from everyday life, feel the magic of the highlander climate, as well as relax and regain strength. We are only a few hundred meters away from the Strążyska Valley and the Białego Valley. The distance from the most famous street Krupówki is only 1 km, and to the historic church in Pęksowy Brzyzek, it is about 1.5 km.

The Sopa 2 - heritage premium house

Let's start with the general idea. The buildings, topped with sloping roofs, seem to float in the air above the slope. The houses we offer to our guests were built from local slate rocks and wood obtained from old shepherds' sheds. This is our nod to local tradition, because in this place once stood such simple, farm sheds, or in highlander style - sopa.

Monte di Sole - house no. 2 SAUNA

We rent a luxury new house with a sauna located in Czarna Góra, Bukowina Tatrzańska. The property has a breathtaking view of the entire Tatra Mountains. Ski lifts are nearby: Koziniec Ski, Grapa Ski , and Litwinka. About 6 km away is Bania Thermal Baths, 6.5 km of Bukowina Thermal Bath. The property consists of 5 houses, 3 detached houses and 2 twins.
