Our farm is located at 1175 m above sea level, 15 minutes' walk above the South Tyrolean sunny village of Lajen. Meadows and forest surround our house. In the sun-drenched village of Lajen, the cradle of the Minnesanger Walther von der Vogelweide and only 500 m from our yard, you will find 2Kirchen 3Gasthöfe Pizzeria 2Mixed goods stores 1Bäcker 1Betzger 1Bank Sportplatz and Mehrzweckfeld. Public transport (bus) is also 500m away from our farm. Furthermore, 2 taxi companies are also active in the village. The form of management and the rural ambience makes our property unique. Combining tradition and technology is a big challenge. We strive to sustainably manage the farm, which is only bio-logical. We have our own water source with a very good analysis, which is additionally rounded off with Grander water experience. We generate the entire electricity through a photovoltaic system and achieve a CO2 saving of approx. 13,000 kg annually.
