Lovely apt with amazing seaview

My apt is located in Calopezzati, a nice town on the Ionic sea. The beach is less than 200 meters away, 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the main road and from every kind of shops. the apt has a large balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, while you eating or just relaxing No smoking or pets are allowed inside the apartment. Just use my apartment as it was yours. Final cleaning service fee included in the total nightly price.

MAYAN plunge into the sea of the Greeks

First floor villa with entrance. It's a house directly on the sea. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The terrace is romantic and relaxing. In 4 minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the pool. Total 6 Sleeps IMPORTANT: The house was purchased June 18, 2024. I tried to fix it in a few days! Mattresses, pillows, sheets, sofas, pillowcases, fridge, TV, coffee machine, chairs, washing machine are all new.
