Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. Our cosy and comfortable holiday house in Falcon is nestled between the ocean and the estuary, 7km south of Mandurah town centre. The house is family friendly - we are set up with everything you need for babies and children. The house has modern and comfortable furnishings, a delightful enclosed back yard, and we are pet friendly. Just a short stroll down our street to Falcon Bay beach, or a minute's walk in the other direction to the local shopping centre and restaurants. Home away from home!

Large home accommodates three families of four.

This holiday home is ideally located close to beaches, parks, shops & restaurants. Three Queen size bedrooms with semi ensuit and a bunk room that sleeps up to six with a third full bathroom. A morning walk just 800 meters to the beach to enjoy your morning coffee at the Falcon Bay Beach Cafe or a swim. Kick the footy or watch the kids play cricket in the huge backyard. When the sun goes down, head inside to continue the fun with a variety of games/puzzles on the large 12 seater dining table.
