We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

We lovingly renovated our old farmhouse in 2020-2021. The result is a spacious apartment (110 ,m2) with kitchen, cozy living room, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The tile stove and our conservatory (Schopf) are special, which invites you to relax. Our house is located in a very quiet area, in the middle of meadows with a spacious garden incl. Seating area, barbecue area and playground area. There are sun loungers that invite in Kim's flower garden to enjoy.

In the middle of a fantastic Allgäu mountain landscape lies in the picturesque, winding village of Niedersonthofen (municipality of Waltenhofen) directly between Kempten, Sonthofen and Immenstadt on beautiful Niedersonthofen Lake, in an Alpine built 500-year-old farmhouse, the quaint cozy 6-room apartment. Here, tedious crafts and tradition paired with lots of Allgäu nature and hospitality meet. Attention to detail has not been made. Pure farm feeling.

Very nice wooden log house on a great property with a great natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace. Two bathrooms with shower and bath. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 min. from new center park. You can also buy day tickets there.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A wood-burning stove, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor whirlpool with a continuous 36° C provide relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be accommodated in our garage.

Tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be nicer: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we packed a lot into our inclusive price. Also Parkplatz, Sauna, Hot Pot, Free Wifi. This is what vacation has to be.
