Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

If its shopping that you want, the Settlers Green Outlet Village is 2.7 miles away. For young families- Story Land is 3.2 miles away.

Woodsy setting, yet less than 5 minutes to award-winning North Conway village, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, Saco River, sleigh & horse back riding at the farm, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, golf, shopping outlets, etc. Number of guests limited to 7 guests, unless they are families. Can host up to 14 guests if families.

Looking for a quiet peaceful getaway? Our Maine post and beam home is set on 7 acres of lake front. Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.
