Cozy and modern furnished holiday home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Werbellinsee. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists as well as excursions to Berlin and surrounding area. Great complete equipment, with a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With a free location, nature view of the field and harbor water, it is a special object in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Our courtyard is the centerpiece and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, grill, play table tennis. We rent our quiet, sunny apartment "BettundBoot" (up to 6 people) (up to 6 people) in Mirow, in the middle of the Mecklenburgese Kleinseenplatte. The beach Mirow can be reached on foot in only 3 minutes. Your own canoe awaits you and for every booking from 5 nights from May to October 23 a separate paddle raft with which you can explore the lakes on Sundays from 3 pm to 2:30 pm. It is located on the idyllic marina in Granzow, about 3 km from our apartment.

Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 min from the city port of Waren. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests have to accept the climbing stairs . However, if the last step is done, you will be rewarded by a fantastic terrace with unobstructed city harbor views. This one is even nicer than the photos ! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
