STEEP OPEN STAIRCASE: therefore NOT suitable for people with walking difficulties, small children or drunk people 😉 2 rooms with double bed . Pillow and duvets in down as well as linen and towels. Older kitchen and bathroom, laundry, garden , dining area and living room. Kitchen and bathroom are older. The house squeaks and the floor on the 1st floor swings 😉 Small home fitness you may use. In the kitchen you may use what is in the cupboards and fridge. Feel free to do laundry . 1 km to Coma Supermarket and 400 m to pizzaria.

Take a vacation in a home with room for life. It's high to the sky and far to the neighbors, which is ideal for taking a break from a busy day and getting closer to nature. The house is located on a large plot, overlooking open fields. 750 meters to the forest and 8 km. to the beach and town. Here are 2 rooms, large bright living room w. WIFI, TV, games, wood-burning stove, etc. Bryggers, bathroom and a well-stocked kitchen with access to terrace. Price includes bed linen, towels, cloths and tea towels as well as electricity and water.

Beautiful house close to beach and nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, close to the beach and small cozy harbor with fishing boats and life. The house is renovated in 2023/2024 with consideration of the old house from 1914. There's a brand new kitchen, and every room is brought to the present standard-with warmth and charm in every room. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities as well as an extended arsenal of coffee equipment, grinder, and coffee beans from roasting in Copenhagen for free. Feel free to use the kitchen, and preferably with care.

Lovely bright 73 sqm cottage a few minutes from the water: large living room with open newer kitchen environment and 3 bedrooms. Two terraces - of which one covered. The house is newly renovated, among other things, with new brand new floors. There is a heat pump, electric panel and wood-burning stove. There are games for children and adults and toys for children and childish souls. Have been rented out by previous owner with super good reviews of house and place. NB: THERE IS NO INTERNET in the house.

Family friendly holiday home - nature and beach

Spacious, quiet, summerhouse perfect for relaxing inside and out. Large garden with a cosy greenhouse for warmth and 'hygge' on rainy days. Perfect for long walks directly from the door, where you're very likely to see deer, hare, pheasants and squirrels. The local beach is c. 500m walk, quiet, and not overpopulated during the summer months. The house is useable all year around as there is heating in every room. Bed linen and towels included. Not for rent to youth groups.

Take the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of space to romp. Both inside and out. Lovely large garden with play area for the kids. Outdoor living room where you can enjoy the forest and the animals. A small gym both for children and adults. Lots of creaks, toys, and board games. In addition, everything else you need for basic items. Extra beds are available in the rooms. Possibility to rent bed linen, towels, etc. for DKK 150 per person for a stay.

A cosy three bedroom house set in an old orchard, close to the local beach. Downstairs, my place has a large living and dining space with a near new kitchen that looks out onto the enclosed garden. The second floor has three bedrooms with a view of the surrounding fields and forests. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

The home is located in lovely surroundings and with sea views from the roof terrace. The home is newly renovated and decorated uniquely and with a lot of “housekeeper art” on the walls. There is room for children, adults and pets, both outside and inside. There is also a wilderness bath, trampoline, soccer goal, lots of toys for children and 2 large SmartTVs.

Cozy allergy-friendly cottage, 100 meters from the sealine. The house is on a 1000m2 plot and has a large garden with a fire pit. Scenic area with abundant wildlife and good walks. Close to Pizzaria, restaurant and 24 hour grocery store within short walking distance. Here there is plenty of peace and quiet in the good old Danish way.
