The house is renovated in 2023/2024 with consideration of the old house from 1914. There's a brand new kitchen, and every room is brought to the present standard-with warmth and charm in every room. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities as well as an extended arsenal of coffee equipment, grinder, and coffee beans from roasting in Copenhagen for free. Feel free to use the kitchen, and preferably with care.

Farm from 1931 with treehouse and views of hilly countryside and Småland Sea. Large garden with old fruit trees and grapes, swings, fire pit and trampoline. The garden is perfect to play hide-and-seek. The house is large and spacious and good for generational holidays (e.g. grandparents, children and grandchildren) or multi-family vacations. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, pantry, bathroom with bathtub, dining room, fireplace and game room. Upstairs there is a toilet, three bedrooms and a large repos with trapeze.

Perfect for long walks directly from the door, where you're very likely to see deer, hare, pheasants and squirrels. The local beach is c. 500m walk, quiet, and not overpopulated during the summer months. The house is useable all year around as there is heating in every room. Bed linen and towels included.
