Still available last week of Ski-VM 2025! Spacious apartment with high standard centrally located at Byåsen, only 2.5 km along the walkway to the arena for the World Cup 2025 in Granåsen. Short distance to the city center and good public transport by bus and tram. This is my home that I rent out when I am out on work trips or spending time in the cabin. The apartment is warm and cosy, with extra ceiling height and large window surfaces. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms:-) Heated garage with electric car charger.

A gem by Hammervatnet on Åsen. An adventurous experience for 2 persons. The dome is 23 m2 with a window in the sky and front. Look at the stars and beyond the water from the bed. The dome stands on a 70 m2 flat with overhead over the water where there is access to a boat and fire pit shoe. The dome also has a toilet room. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Velkommen til Skogrand som mine oldeforeldre Aagot og Olov kjøpte som sommerhus i 1918. Det ligger sentralt plassert 15 minutter fra Trondheim lufthavn og 25 minutter fra Trondheim sentrum. Huset har alle fasiliteter og mange små soverom. Det ligger for seg selv med stor tomt og hage omringet av skog og jorder men også rett ved veien med enkel adkomst og god plass til parkering.
