Warm welcome to a really cozy cabin with sauna and nature just around the corner. Wonderful view of the lake and mountains! Here you live quietly and peacefully, about 10 minutes from Björnrike and about 15 minutes from Vemdalen village. Cross-country tracks and snowmobile trail a stone's throw from the plot. Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue/barbecue and boat for fishing and swimming. In the winter time often nice cross-country tracks around the lake. Grocery store and gasoline 2 minutes by car from the cabin.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The rice tray in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fire pit, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our log house is situated right on a lake shore near the village of Ytterån. From here it is 35 km to the pretty centre of Östersund and 65 km to the fjäll and the skiing destination Åre. The cabin lies at the edge of a little farm where we live with our kids, three sled dogs, two cats and chickens. Your accommodation is a very warm, bright and inviting modern log house. The 85m2 offer large panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Romantic cottage for 2 with CANOE and SAUNA

"Välkommen" in our small, cozy, recently renovated beach cottage with terrace! It is located directly on the west side of our lake, which reflects a different enchanting sunset every evening. You get to the entrance via the terrace. There is a double bed (1.40 m) with a small additional bed (see photo), a table with comfortable chairs in the room and garden furniture on the terrace. A panorama-sauna on the lake and canoes are available for our guests free of charge!

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!
